Who am I? Well, maybe the better question is, how long I've been around? Growing up as a Gen-X Atari kid, I was a member of that generation who remembers a time before computers and the Internet but also well-embedded in many of the latest technologies. I have a distinct perspective difference from generations before me, but I have lived long enough to know how not to stick my foot in things automatically as well. As a result, my work and projects tend to be a combination of all of those elements, with me in the middle trying to find the best of a world of change, different perspectives and new ideas. No, I'm not a fan of jumping on the newest thing or trend, I like tools that work and are reliable even if old, and I'm quite willing to try something new if it make sense. I ask hard questions which somtimes gets people ruffled, but it's part of my risk management mindset to anticipate problems before they become problems.

I grew up traveling and spent my formative years in four different continents, but I'm also quite happy being introverted in my home office with five or six computer screens. You can find me on Discord and occasionally on Reddit, which trips my kids out, but I'm also still fond of a traditional letter or two in the mail as well. It's a crazy, fast-moving world and I'm just continuing to carve out my piece of it as I can.
